You dont have to be great to start, but you have start to be great.
Why do i need to think those painful memories if it makes me feel bad and hate, why do i need to count on them if i just need to move on and forget. Its easy, What i did is I always think those beautiful things happened and happy memories that we earned, so i felt good, attract good feelings and vibes, sometimes it makes me motivated and inspired, sometimes you’re planning to do some good things the next day that would make you feel good and better. The bad memories and past, i know I cant change that because it happened for a reason and we commit mistakes. But all bad memories just want them to remind me to change and learn from it, to make things right and to be a better person in the present or future but not to get stuck on the past or let it happen and live with it. It just living forward not backward and i dont want to go round in circles at the same circumstances. I am seeking for challenge and want to explore more things in life. Im happy that im being optimistic again that my whole being came back, and now i can feel that many good things will happen and I am looking forward to it.
I am so grateful that everything in my life is getting better and Im so happy but sad without you. I’ve been waiting this for so long that everything in my life changed so fast and I think I got what I really wanted in my life. Every plans I make I always put you there and I always want you to be the part of my success. But you’re still in my heart, even now you’re still part of it.
Courage means to keep working a relationship, to cont. seekin solutions to difficult problems, & to stay focused during stressful periods.

Your thoughts are both the words you hear in your head and the words you speak out loud. When you say to somebody ” what a beautiful day “, you had the thought first and then spoke the words. Your thoughts become your actions. when you get out of bed in the morning, you have the thought of getting out of bed before you took action. You cant take any action without thinking the thought first.
Its your thoughts that determine whether your words and actions will be positive or negative. But how do you know whether your thoughts are positive or negative? Your thoughts are positive when they are thoughts of what you want and love! And negative thoughts are thoughts of what you dont want and dont love. Is that simple and that is easy.
It just a little time… and its me again.. and im gonna be back to where I am.. and im gonna be invulnerable in any circumstances…
